HAWKOS V3.22_PS RElEased

New to version 3.22 is a minimum pump run timer that eliminates the short cycling issues found in version 3.21, as well as an improved Elapsed Time Meter calculation method that eliminates the possibility of erroneous data being sent to HAWKMS in the Pump Station daily monitoring reports. This build should allow for the smoothest Pump Station operation to date, minimizing risk by keying off the middle float yet running for full cycle time.
Calculated Recirc Rate now functional

HAWKOS now provides operators the with option to run their recirc and dose cycle timers from the Calculated Recirc Rate based off of the previous week's flow. This provides another major advancement in energy savings and optimized plant efficiency.
Field tests will be ongoing to determine the impact that the Calculated Recirc Rate has on the biological state of the microorganisms living inside of the filter. It is expected that regulating the dosage of "food" that the microorganisms receive in the effluent stream will result in drastically reduced slime emissions. Results will be posted on HAWKMS.com as they become available.
maintenance meeting demo

Both the RSF and Pump Station versions of HAWOS will be demonstrated on the HAWK Monitoring System at the July 23rd Adenus Maintenance Meeting.
The RSF Demo will highlight a detected dead head condition at the Clay Estates RSF, along an accompanying DripMaster log data file produced by the site's HAWKOS.
Also, HAWKMS will be demonstrated on several Adenus Pump Stations to simulate a typical operator's daily morning spot check. Discussion on cycle count to follow.
Auto-internal off timers now functional

Development of HAWKOS continues on the Clay Estates site as the self-optimizing timers have been verified as functional. This new feature will allow for significant monthly energy savings as well as reduced slime emissions.
